Frequently Asked Questions
Got some worries? Here are a few of our most commonly asked questions:

Do you have a license and insurance?
I am fully insured for any incidents that may occur. As I do not offer home boarding for dogs, I do not require a license.

Can I visit where my pet is staying?
Of course! Before I make any booking with any animal for the first time I like to meet you and your pets at a time and place that suits you. You are welcome to come and visit the house itself, and see how we are set up.

I can’t get to you, are you able to provide transport?
We can absolutely provide transport for free or for an additional fee if you live further than 5 miles from us, please get in touch to discuss this in further detail.

My pet has a health condition, can you support this?
Every pet is different, and each needs different support. We are able to support most health conditions a pet may have, and are happy to discuss any requirements they may need with you. As I am medically trained, I am comfortable with giving medication, injections and observing vital signs.

Will there be other animals in the home?
Our home currently contains our three accidental house rabbits (foster fails). Any additional rabbits or guinea pigs are boarded in other rooms of the house. Small animals in their own housing may be in the same room but they will not have access to each other.

What do I need to provide with my pets?
We ask that you provide food for your pet, and anything that you think will help them to settle in their surroundings. Depending on the animal, more or less items will be required.
